Job: CR Caucasus Projects Manager maternity cover, London - 18.07.2025

Conciliation Resources (CR) is an international non-governmental
organization working to prevent violence, promote justice and good
governance, and transform conflict into opportunities for development.
We provide support to people and groups working in countries affected
by armed conflict and we work to influence better official responses
to conflict and better practice in our field. In our work to influence
official conflict response policies and practice we publish Accord: an
international review of peace initiatives and we engage in proactive
and response advocacy work on issues arising from our programme
experience.

> CR's Caucasus team works to improve prospects for the peaceful and
just transformation of the Georgian-Abkhaz and Nagorny Karabakh
conflicts. The Caucasus Projects Manager will manage and develop a
range of projects that help develop constructive approaches to these
conflicts at local, national, regional and international levels.
Particular emphasis in this post is on providing CR with an effective
regional presence, and coordinating work in the field, providing
support and oversight to partner organizations.

> We are seeking a Russian-speaking Projects Manager with a
post-graduate qualification in a relevant field and at least two years
project management experience in peacebuilding or a related field.
Experience of working with a wide range of social and political actors
is essential as is a sound understanding of the Caucasus region, of
organisational development processes and community development. A
willingness to travel regularly (approximately two months over the
year) is also required.
