A GOOD CHANCE TO STUDY IN THE UK [0] - 20.07.2025
On the 25-th of September in Congress Hall in “Oktjabrskaja” hotel there was a meeting with Andrew Jedras – the Director of Birmingham Abbey College. There were a lot of pupils from different schools of our city with their parents.The atmosphere was fantastic! The conversation was very warm and friendly. So everyone enjoyed it very much.
Mr. Andrew Jedras says that life is very fast and exciting in England, the cars are everywhere, the country is famous for its culture and traditions... but anyway you can go there and do nothing, of course, if you want to. He provides great education for those who are strong, determined and for those who always fight for their perfect future. And also he says: “We’re confident that the professional approach we take to universirty applications is a key factor in our students’ success”.
He introduced several educational programmes of Abbey College Birmingham: A-LEVEL, FOUNDATION and GCSE.
The advantages of A-LEVEL programme are: it is accepted by universities, internationally recognized; the disadvantages are: it takes longer, is more difficult, more expensive. Mr. Jedras told us some interesting facts about his students. They are very friendly, relaxed and they all have dreams. They also go to theatres, attend museums, different concerts, watch football matches.
